homeoffice.lu for business

Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of homeoffice.lu for business. The provider is iSOLUTIONS S.à r.l., 274, route de Thionville, L-5884 Howald, RCS Luxembourg B84137, VAT LU19041039.

1. Scope

The service is offered exclusively to companies, self-employed professionals and public bodies, not to consumers. By registering, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Service

homeoffice.lu is a tool for recording working days outside Luxembourg and internal remote-work quotas. It does not replace tax, social security or legal advice. Thresholds are calculated according to the rules known at the last update. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Trial

The first 30 days are free and without obligation. The trial ends automatically; without an order no costs arise and the account becomes read-only.

4. Prices

Charges are per active employee per month at the price shown on the website, subject to the stated minimum, plus statutory VAT. The number of active employees on the billing date applies. Price changes are announced at least 30 days before the next renewal; in that case the customer may cancel for the end of the current period.

5. Term and automatic renewal

The contract runs for the chosen period (one month or one year) and then renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled. Cancellation is possible at any time with one click in billing, at the latest three days before the end of the current period, and is confirmed by email. Before each renewal we send an email stating the date, the amount and the cancellation deadline — 30 days before for yearly payment, 10 days before for monthly payment.

6. Payment

For online payment via our payment provider Mollie, the customer authorises us to collect the amounts for subsequent periods from the stored payment method (card or SEPA direct debit). For payment by invoice, the amount is due within 10 days. If a payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid, we may restrict the account to read-only access once the paid period has ended.

7. Data and data protection

The customer is the controller of its employees’ data under the GDPR; we process it as a processor solely to provide the service. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is concluded on request. The customer can export its data and delete its account at any time; invoices are kept as required by law. We may compile and publish anonymised, aggregated statistics across all customers, such as the average number of home office days, provided that neither individual customers nor individual persons can be identified.

8. Liability

We are not liable for tax or social security consequences of decisions taken on the basis of the tool. Otherwise, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last twelve months.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Luxembourg law applies. The courts of Luxembourg City have jurisdiction.
