The calculator on this site transmits nothing. Everything you enter — days worked, working time, country of residence — stays in your browser and is neither stored nor sent.
If you sign up for alerts we store your email address, language, country of residence, working time, IP address and the time of sign-up. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Your address is only used after you confirm it via a link (double opt-in). Without confirmation the record is not used.
Every email contains an unsubscribe link. One click deletes your record completely and immediately. Nothing is shared with third parties.
The web server keeps access logs containing IP address, timestamp and the page requested. These serve operation and attack prevention and are purged regularly.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. No analytics tools, no advertising networks and no advertising cookies are used. The only cookies set are a technical one for your language choice and a session cookie.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to hello@homeoffice.lu. Complaints can be made to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
