Privacy – app

The homeoffice.lu – 34 jours app counts your days outside Luxembourg. It works without an account and keeps your data on your device.

What stays on your device

Your days (date, type, note), your settings (country of residence, working time, workplace, reminder time) and, per day, only the result “in Luxembourg yes/no”. This data is not sent to our servers.

Location

If you allow it, the app uses region monitoring around your workplace and the visit detection of iOS/Android. Location is analysed only on the device. No coordinates and no routes are stored or transmitted. You can turn location off at any time in the app or in the phone settings.

Notifications

Reminders (evening question, Friday check, alerts before day 35) are created locally on the device. We do not use a push service.

Camera

Used only to scan the QR code of your personal link. No images are stored.

If you link the app to your employer

Only if you do it yourself with the personal link from your employer: the date, type and note of confirmed days are sent to your employer’s homeoffice.lu area, operated by iSOLUTIONS S.à r.l. on its behalf. Your location is never sent. HR entries take precedence. You can disconnect at any time.

What we do not do

No account, no advertising, no analytics, no cross-app tracking, no sale of data.

Deletion

“Erase everything” in the app settings removes all data from the device; so does uninstalling. Days already sent to your employer are managed by them in homeoffice.lu.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to hello@homeoffice.lu. Complaints can be made to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
